1. Subscription Overview

By subscribing to astapeak.com, you agree to receive recurring shipments of the selected product(s) at regular intervals, such as monthly. Your subscription will automatically continue until you cancel it.

2. Pricing & Billing

You will be charged the amount shown at checkout for each shipment.

Charges will occur according to the schedule you select, such as every 30 days.

Payment will be automatically charged to the payment method you have provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

To cancel, contact us at info@astapeak.com or use the account management tools on our website. Our online account management tools are currently under construction, so please email us and we will cancel your subscription as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests must be received at least one day before the next scheduled payment to prevent that payment from being processed.

No cancellation fees or penalties will be charged.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged products, or where required by law.

Subscription charges are non-refundable once the product has shipped, unless otherwise stated.

You may be eligible for a prorated refund when cancelling mid-cycle. Please contact customer service for further information.

5. Renewal & Notification

We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any changes to pricing, subscription terms, or delivery frequency.

You may cancel your subscription before those changes take effect.

6. Customer Responsibility

Please keep your payment information up to date to prevent interruption of your subscription.

Monitor your email for billing notifications and important subscription updates.
